  • Altessa had the best management when we signed up a year ago..Now it's the opposite under the new management..1. unfriendly 2. Unorganized 3. They throw hidden charges out at us and every-time they had it wrong and then failed to apologize..The last two months we got 5 day notices despite the fact that we had already paid..And of course, no apology..constant turnover of staff makes it even worse..Man I miss Michelle.. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the newer management hasn't had time yet to mess everything up..Altessa is still a nice place..For now.
