| - I am writing this to add that this company has been doing these things since even before 2013. I used to rent an apartment from them, but any problems I had, I had to wait weeks at a time for the owner who lived in California to even respond, and even when he did, the language barrier was so bad, we could barely communicate. Triumph was no help at all.
- They used to to take weeks at a time to fix the A/C unit during the summer months (instead of replacing it because it was too old). (Again, waiting for the owner to say or do anything)
- We had cracked floor tiles for the first 6 months we lived there, and all they approved to be done was strip the tiles out and lay down some really thin and shabby "fake" wood, which wasn't set right, allowing roach, beetles, and ants to crawl underneath and show up in all sorts of random places throughout the unit.
- They did not properly inform us that an HOA was being implemented, resulting in several arguments and mishaps with said HOA including: Fines for noise and trash (even when me and my wife were not home) and the towing of our car due to out of state plates, even with proof of address and registration taped to the window.
- We did not receive our security deposit when we moved out, because they had just moved offices and lost all the records of our paperwork and checklist.
Hope this helps anyone who needs yet another review to stay away from this company.
P.S.: On a awkwardly funny and sad note, the day we were turning in the keys upon moving, there were 2 other people we chatted with while waiting in the lobby for the same reason, and all 3 of us had the same look of disappointment and relief that this was the last time we'd be dealing with them.
