  • We were interested in replacing tile and carpet in a house we just bought so we contacted express flooring. The phone operator was very casual/easy to get along with. Cory Hoffman, the rep came to our home. We discussed options and soon realized, even with all the discounts, what we wanted was very expensive and out of our budget. Without pressure, Corey recommended we have our tile cleaned and just replace the carpet. We told him we'd think about it and called him the next day. He came back over and we picked carpet and made the install appt.
