  • This review is for Frank. Frank gets 5 stars people!!!! Unfortunately, we did not purchase a car! But, my mother and I went in and wanted to look at bugs. He met us with a smile and jokes! Great guy! Honestly probably most honest salesman you will ever meet!! If you go to purchase there ask for him. If I could give the management 0 stars I would. The management was horrible talking down to their employees as though they were better than their employees. The guy behind the counter was unwilling to go lower than the sticker price. We were willing to negotiate but after we said a price he wasn't even willing to come down anymore than 500 dollars. While my husband and I were there we looked up the average price payed for the beetle she wanted. It was somewhere around 23,000. We were cash paying clients and he wasn't willing to even come down at all. We drove over to the one off Aszure and honestly the energy in here is so much better refreshing. We are sorry we couldn't purchase from Frank because we really liked him!
