  • My water heater broke on Sunday morning and I woke up to water rushing in my garage. I called quite a few places on Sunday morning and Zack was the first one to call me back. He communicated through text (which is awesome for me - I'm sure he would have talked to me on the phone if I couldn't text). After sending him a few pictures of the broken tank, he gave me a no BS all in price to fix it. He even looked up the warranty and confirmed that it was still under warranty, which reduced the price significantly. Nick came out the next day, even earlier than scheduled after calling to confirm it was okay, explained everything, answered some questions, and quickly replaced the unit. No mess, no issues, awesome midwest guys, that clearly care about providing great service. I will recommend them to everyone and use them in the future. *Their pricing is also great, I talked to 4 different 5-star places, and they were very fairly priced. Don't even bother calling anyone else.
