  • If you are a gym rat with an agenda forego this gigantic gym until they update their outdated equipment. A gym this large and that sees this type of traffic needs to have at least one decent multi station if not two. During the day there are at least 50 - 150 people in this facility, there is one interchangeable cable lat pull down , one interchangeable seated cable row, and three interchangeable and adjustable cables. It's impossible to stick to your split at this facility, and if you do you will be wasting energy and time waiting for crucial equipment. Hate to leave a negative review on any establishment but a update is long over due for this club. Northland GoodLife (the old Gold's) is a better bet, at half the size I can go there and have a solid workout rarely waiting on equipment.
