  • I really wish there were a NO Stars for this company. I really want to talk with the owner and CEO. I just received hard core - I mean HARD CORE sales person contact me on the phone. I did go to the Scottsdale Resort in December, which was nice. I had no problem with it at all. However, when we returned from our vacation, my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer. We are in the process of fighting this deadly disease and have been for months. With mixed results so far. Anyway, this sales person wanted me to sign up for only $149.00 a night at some Palm Springs Resort. When I tried to explain to him that my husband was in no way any condition to go on a vacation - however lovely it might be, He slammed me for not wanting to take my husband to one of their properties. I once again, nicely tried to explain our circumstances and he would NOT let up on me. I finally ended up crying and screaming to him on the phone that my husband was DYING! What an asshat! Guess what DRI???? I will NEVER, REPEAT NEVER SPEAK WITH ONE OF YOUR REPS AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER STAY AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS!!!! OMG - that conversation was so beyond offensive! Is this what your practice? Is this how you run your business?
