rev:text	I was hit from behind so I took my car to these guys for an estimate. I ended up leaving my car without ever getting an estimate due to my car leaking gas. I left the car because I was told the gas leak was from the guy that hit me and it wasn't safe to drive my car. Everyone was super nice to me and even took me to get a rental car. My car was there for three days and no one ever called me after the claims adjuster came out to inspect my car. I called to see what was going on and I was put on hold and passed around between three different people before the person who could tell me what actually happened with the claims adjuster. The claims adjuster didn't find the gas leak to be caused by the guy who hit me. When the guys at Rudys told me that the gas leak was from being hit I believed them, but after all said and done they were just trying to make some money. I went pick my car up and the way I was treated was completely different from the way I was treated the day I dropped my car off....it was like since they weren't going to be able to make a free dollar for nothing they didn't even want to fix what I took my car in for to begin with. When I go to pick my car up I had to stand there and wait for them to even tell me where it was and then I waited even longer for someone to bring my my key. When I left my car I had almost a half tank of gas and when I picked my car up my low fuel light was on and my car was damn near empty. Yes, there is gas leaking, but only when the car is being driven and even then the leak is more like a drip...my car didn't leak a half tank of gas while in the possession of these guys. Also, I had a roll of quarters in the middle underneath compartment of my car and in the middle cup holder I had $6 or $7 of lose change that was wiped out when I picked my car up. The radio station was changed and the volume was almost all the way up. All of the windows were partially down too. I am disturbed that I took my car to get an estimate and never was quoted a price for anything, but my car was used for someones pleasure and money was taken. Thanks guys for your service.....from the gate it was only about making free money and when you couldn't scam the insurance company to your benefit you had to intention of doing a damn thing for me!!!!
