  • They will do anything to scam you. I reserve online and pay then they try to get you to upgrade and then make you pay for insurance. You need to be careful because they won't tell you but add insurance automatically to the bill. Then they scam you by trying to take days off but payment is same. Or they will get you the downgrade car at same price you paid. I had to keep forcing them no to all this and read your contract very carefully before signing.
