  • I love the location. It's a big gym with lot of options. However it's really poorly maintained. There is a LOT of broken equipment, and it stays broken. Handles and shelves do not get replaced. I saw the woman cleaning the bathroom with a very old vacuum that had dust flying out of it, it was not picking up at all. The carpet is worn and very dirty. They frequently run out of towels. They rarely glance at you when they put the scanner out for you check yourself in. It has the potential to be awesome with better customer service and better maintenance. When it's time to renew they call me twice a day to talk to me, but as a current member they don't seem to have any time for you.
