I called the day before their biggest holiday of the year (Valentines) and was greeted with very nice customer service on the phone. I referred to the website with the "designer choice". Everything went very smooth form start to finish. There was a little bit of confusion on the address, no fault of either party (I blame it on Yahoo), so my order could not make the day of Valentines. They offered to give me a refund, which to me was above and beyond of what I expected, they also went out of their way to send my wife a couple of red roses for my trouble the next day after Valentines. To me, I really felt on the most hectic day of the year for them, they even cared about making my wife happy and saving my Valentines. They not only saved me from a rough day but they also saved a loyal customer that will be ordering from them only in the future. Thank You "The Flower Cart". If your other flowers look anything like the roses you sent my wife, I cant wait to see the bigger sets.
