rev:text	The customer service is great ! They take care of you as soon as you get in the shop ! & they are very nice & friendly. The reason for my 2 stars is because I went in a couple months ago to get my nose pierced ( a guy pierced it i forgot his name ) ... He was very cool & all but he pierced me like 3-4 times to make my piercing hole thicker to fit in a nose hoop which was thicker... It was very painful ): & I took the pain because I really want a hoop piercing. BUT I still think he wasn't really prepared & he should've known beforehand that he should've used a better method to just pierce me once by just looking at the difference of the thickness of the hoop or just been honest that it really wasn't going to work out due to the fact that he would have to pierce my nose 4 times to make it thick for the bigger nose ring. I'm almost positive that the "nose hoop " he put on my nose wasn't even for the nose ! It was heavy on my nose & he even had to tightened with something I forgot what you call it making the nose ring look all weirdly shaped. As soon as I got home I started taking care of it, it was bleeding so much for two days & in the end I ended up getting a very bad infection due to the wrong "nose ring" & heaviness of it & I also believe because I was pierced 3-4 times ).: I took really good care of it by cleaning it morning & night time , so I'm sure I did not get an infection due to my part. It's a great shop don't get me wrong I don't want to bash on them but this was my experience & sadly it wasn't so great for me in the end.
