rev:text	A service repair guy came out to our home to take a look at our spa. The power had been tripping off for quite some time. We had a feeling it had to be electrical since the power kept going out. So this guy comes out and literally walks right past the extension cord that we had the spa plugged into. He spends the next 25 minutes wasting time telling stories to my husband about other people's spas. Then he proceeds to loosen a part and creates a leak!!!! He charges us $89 to accomplish ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! He had NO CLUE what the hell he was doing, an absolute idiot! We requested to have him quote us how much it would cost to replace the motor because that was the only thing that he could semi come up with.... Well not only did he not contact us with a quote like he said he would, but he calls us 2 weeks later and doesn't even know why he was calling! (True Story!) Anyhow, in the meantime, we actually got in touch with a KNOWLEDGEABLE pool repair guy, let me know if you want his name and number - he's great!! The first thing he asked was how the spa was plugged in. We told him that it was attached to a 60 foot extension cord. That was it!!! He said that the power was tripping because of the extension cord! So we plugged it in directly to an outlet and VOILA! It works! Hasn't tripped in 2 weeks! And we didn't pay a dime! We requested to be reimbursed by the other imbecile that came out the first time and he refused! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
