  • I love this place! First time I went in I thought it was a little bit off, only cuz I've never done the style of yoga before. But as I went through the practice, I felt a silence in my body, mind, and a lightness in my spirit. They're very clean, very professional, very loving, and they care deeply about your growth as a soul, as an Earthling. So happy to have found them. I highly recommend Kundalini Yoga teachings. I had heard about Yogi Bhajan, many times, but they showed me a small video, and wow what a beautiful man. How sweet how compassionate, how purpose filled! I look forward to growing and learning more. There's also fresh-made tea all the time, and some light snacks of fruit and a little small gathering place to sit. There's also a boutique with really cute clothes, for your practice with really good prices. jewelry and some crystals, awesome to help support you on your journey, there's also oils vitamins, and books. They are fully prepared for your souls evolution! Get in there and raise your Kundalini.
