  • This is the largest selection of dumplings I have ever seen. The soup is good, but the star are the dry dumplings. I went with fired, to complement my girlfriend's soup. I enjoyed watching the 3 older women make the dumplings in the kitchen. I am not sure if the wrapper is fresh made or not. It is on the commercially produced thin side. I like thicker wrappers more, but that certainly does not detract at all. I would encourage anyone in Montreal to stop here.
