  • The company I paid $6500 to relocate me from LA to Toronto sub contracted to Orbit. The drop off Orbit made to my apartment was horrible. It doesnt matter if I paid Orbit directly or if I paid the original company. The original company paid Orbit on my behalf, so bottom line, some of my 65 Benjamin Franklin's went to Orbit. Yet yelp keeps removing this review. However note, there are are over 41 reviews under the greyed out 'not recommended" that should be checked out. That should be very telling. Here are some facts you should know: 1) My sofa had to be thrown out in the garbage because it wouldnt fit in the elevator. Orbit wanted extra money to ATTEMPT taking it up the stairs. 2) The movers were rude. In fact of them said to me "Dis is not my problim" regarding my sofa. 3) I was put to work in having to check off items. 4) Orbit wanted my credit card information for "incidentals" despite being paid by the original contractor. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. Now with regards to my review being removed two times, let me ask you a question. If you went to a hamburger fast food place and got sick, would it matter if you paid them or if you paid via a third party? Point matter: you had a bad reaction. Well thats no different to me. I lost a sofa due to orbit and endured HORRIBLE service and the money I forked over went towards Orbit. And they tried to scam me for more. PERIOD!
