  • I called them around 12pm to set up her 1st appointment for a bath. I set it up for the same day at 4pm (today). I get there they ask if I have her rabies shot information. I told them no one informed me to bring this paperwork with me. What a waste of time. I live a block away I won't be returning here. If this information is so important the staff needs to remember to ask all new clients to bring these documents.
