| - I've had a wide variety of experiences at Discount Tire stores across the southwest. From dismal to outstanding, frustrating to fantastic.
Whether it was being lectured about "Use Tax" laws on tires I purchased off their website by a Discount employee in Colorado Springs, to scuffing $500/ea Rays Engineering wheels (and "misplacing"/stealing the aluminum valve stems) in Simi Valley, to the utter failure to listen to clear directions (and pay attention to markings drawn on the sidewall in white paint marker) on how to cross rotate tires onto new wheels here in Phoenix, I know personally that each store has a dramatically different standard of service.
However, this location is the only one that never fails, always satisfies, and goes the extra mile to make things right.
They are the fastest to get you in, out and on the road again. I've bought about 5 sets of tires here, and use them most often for rotations, air checks, etc., even on my Saturday off when a store closer to my work would be more convenient during the week.
They once swapped a set of 5 tires for something different for me because they felt like shit on my truck after I drove on them for 2 weeks. No questions asked, it was just done, and done within 2 hours with a brand/model/size they didn't stock at the store.
They've handled bungled rebates with a quick and painless refund right to my credit card. 15 minutes and no bullshit, just good service.
They are courteous, easy going and efficient. They listen to what I need, and do it without disappointing. Top notch customer service from an all-star crew.
You will not always have an A+ experience at any random Discount Tire you stroll into, but you can be assured you will have one at this location...
