Went in to set an appointment for service on my phone on a Friday afternoon. It was moderately busy however, the store had plenty of associates on the floor.
I walked in and stood right in front of a group of 3 employees who continued to carry on their conversation instead of welcoming me to the store and asking if I needed any assistance.
I figured I'd play a little game ...
I stood in the middle of the store, in plain sight of about 5 employees not helping any other customers & started a timer to see how long it would take someone to notice/greet me. I purposely looked lost, confused & like I had a question I needed answered.
It look 4 minutes for an employee to finally greet me. In fact, he wasn't one of the many too busy talking to each other, he had just finished speaking with another customer and promptly asked me if I needed help once he completed his conversation with the customer.
Suffice it to say, the customer service here is boo boo. Won't be coming back expecting anything great.
