  • I have given this clinic several chances to win me over but no such luck. My main reason for doing so was the convenience of being located so close. We have had four family members visit this clinic, my husband was the first who informed me he found out there are no doctors at this clinic, PA's only. I still wanted to give it a try with four kids and again, the convenience. Amanda Gunn was the first PA I had an appointment with. Amanda has a hard time letting you speak! She is so loud I could hear everything going on with the patient next door before she came to my room along with her discussing a patients personal issues with another PA in the hall. I wasn't listening in! She is just that loud you can't help but hear her. After a few more appointments between myself and two of our children I realized how terribly unorganized they are. I was given a phone call regarding blood work results over two months after my blood was drawn. And again for a different time I was called with results three months later after paying $624 out of pocket for the test! Two separate occasions I was prescribed medication that I was informed will be called in to the pharmacy as soon as I leave the office. Both times I had to call the office the day of the appointment as well as the following day bc my prescriptions were not called in. Apparently this clinic takes walk-ins which is maybe why the sit time in the waiting room alone is at least 40-60 minutes. Then off to wait some more in the patient room. I believe I have given this clinic enough tries to make myself and family to continue on with them...they have failed repeatedly. So, going to look for an office close by with medical doctors and good recommendations.
