  • I purchased a pair of eyeglasses at this location. I went with my father, who is a Costco member. I paid quite a bit of money for my glasses but they were extremely poor quality. The arm fell off the frame and not only wouldn't Costco replace the frames, they refused to take my insurance to purchase new frames because I'm not a Costco member. Why would a company sell me a product and then refuse to honor the terms of the agreement because I'm not a member? I am highly dissatisfied with this company and would recommend not doing business with them. They have low quality products and very poor customer service.
