Poor customer service. I signed up for a monthly auto charge in June this year. I attempted to cancel over the phone two weeks prior to the first monthly charge being drawn but was told that a cancellation form needed to be completed by me and placed in my file (understandable). Days later, I visited, completed the form, submitted the signed form and received a copy. Now, two month's later, they're still attempting to charge my card and have told me that I'll need to pay for another month of service should I wish to use any of the services that I paid for and haven't yet received. They've made no attempt to correct the matter even though the cancellation form was misfiled on their end and have said that they have no way to "work around the way that their computer system works." In addition, no manager has been available any time I've called.
Services during my last appt were mediocre, with the aesthetician and masseuse spending more talking about the products than actually performing the services.
I have never written a bad review about a business I've used. This service was so bad, however, that I felt the need to share my experience.
