Crepe Bar is an awesome place for a culinary experience! I randomly met Jeff (the owner) at another favorite restaurant of mine and as we are both foodies. We hit it off and hung out for a couple hours that evening. I told Jeff that I would be in some time in the near future to check out his establishment. As life gets busy and he is not located super close to me some time went by, and I was finally able to make it in today for a glorious meal! I did not look at a menu, I just asked Jeff to serve me whatever his best dishes are. He started off with the CB Cereal which is a small helping of home made cereal with oats, almonds, pistachio and stone fruit. Excellent start to the meal as it was original and very tasty. The next course was some Noble bread served with Rosemary, Honey, and a house made butter which was outstanding. I was caught off guard with the next course which was the Octopus Crepes which included a little humus, chorizo, cotija, and adobo and avacado. Now that dish was a flavor explosion! My final dish was a Coffee Creme Brulee which was the perfect ending to an awesome meal! Go check out Crepe Bar, I promise you will be happy!!
