I came to this location on Father's Day (yesterday) and the lady Colleen followed me around the store the entire time. I felt like I was being racially profiled. I moved to another section and Colleen followed me AGAIN. She didn't ask to help me or suggest anything for me to buy. I PAID for my items upon leaving I asked her what was her name and her she responded, "Why" with an attitude. Then she mumbled under her breathe. So, I asked the other employee Polly what her name was and she responded, "Colleen." I was beyond upset and was sad to know that the color of my skin intimidated her to the point she was unprofessional and threaten. The lack of customer service was ignorant. Polly lacked customer service as well. Instead of stooping to her level and being ignorant I didn't respond in any way. I have called Corporate and will be speaking to the manager today when they open up so she or he can properly train the employees and handle the situation accordingly.
