  • This is my go to 7-11.. it's down the street from me.. its always just in and out.. staff is quick.. besides today.. I don't remember the ladies name, but she rings me up and bags up my drinks.. I got 5 swisher sweets as well and she just tossed them on the counter.. as I stare at them she asks if I want them bagged up, and I said yeah.. she legit just puts the bag on the counter.. I look at her expecting her to do her job and bag the swishers.. of course she doesn't.. I say "oh.. okay.. thanks.." with an attitude she tells me "I have a BROKEN THUMB so.." is it that hard to work with one broken thumb that you can bag up my drinks? But not my weightless swishers and cop an attitude for it.. it may sound petty but I work in customer service, and there's a way to go about things.
