  • I had them convert 10 VHS/Hi8 into DVD. When I came home and watched them, 2 of them were not mine. My ONLY wedding video I had Is now LOST. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard anything from them. I had to call them on 3 different occasions and give them my information 2x in order to get a call back. I wish I had never brought my family video's to them.
