  • I took my family to see Batman vs. Superman in the IMAX at AMC Desert Ridge last night. The movie is fantastic, thankfully, otherwise the entire experience would have been horrible. There were only two ticket kiosks which happen to be out of order resulting in long lines to get in. The staff is completely unengaged with the customers and did not offer help until after several minutes of customers wandering around obviously confused. Inside is hopelessly backward and unoragnized without any form of signage to provide direction. The entire place is filthy. We arrived at 7pm to an entry covered in food. The theater itself was so messy that people were kicking aside empty food cartons and cups. I have visited movie theaters in 4 states and 5 different countries. This is by far the worst design I have encountered.
