  • I issued an online order for printing services. There website said they could do a tape binding same day but the store called back and said they couldn't the tape binding two days later. Three days later my order is done with a coil binding. They said they would issue a refund for the difference on the phone but when I got to the store, the employee and manager didn't know how to issue it. The store looks like a complete mess. I recommend using a different office supply store/chain.
