So I have stayed here twice for week long stays for both and the first was great however second is proving to be less than desirable. Putting me in a smoking room when I requested a non smoking room this place should not get above one star. However as first time was good they at at two stars. Also they did not warn me that this location was undergoing a major renovation. I will see if customer service gets better throughout the week or stays the same....So I ended up being moved but said that it was my businesses booking agents fault for not informing me that it was a smoking room. Made me feel like it was my fault and honestly I was a little irritated about it.
Hotel is also pricey for the area and if it was not for company paying for it I would look for another location now that the custoemr service is not impressing me.
