  • All I can say is THANK YOU Mike! I found myself needing a critical part for my pop up trailer a week before a trip we were taking with friends. Mike actually went out of his way to fabricate the part needed and leave it sitting on his desk. He could have ordered it from the supplier and it would have take weeks to arrive (if not a month) but instead he took it upon himself to help me and made it himself in minutes. It was something so simple yet meant so much. Thank you Mike for world class customer service, it's hard to come by. With your small gesture you have created a loyal customer.
