  • I am leaving this place in a terrible mood. I went for a pedicure and was told the wait was 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I saw that someone who signed in after me (who didn't have an appointment), was taken before me. I waited another 15 minutes before I saw that no one was towards the end of their service. Had the woman at the front desk told me that it would have been a 45 minute wait, I could have decided whether or not to wait. Because she lied, she wasted 45 minutes of my time.
