  • The Omni Charlotte is a corporate business traveler hotel. This is important to point out from the start. 1. Beautiful views of Uptown from all the room windows. Skyscrapers and reflections to your hearts content. 2. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but you can get one upon request. 3. Internet is $9.95 a day 4. Parking is $20.00 a day 5. The lobby is bland but serves its point if you are a business traveler. Nothing fancy. 6. Walking distance to City Center and most of Uptown. 7. Almost any toiletries upon request. 8. You need a key to get on the elevators...Even guests of guests. 9. The beds are comfy and there are waffle woven robes (very comfy). 10. Room service is fast and good. 11. The valet can be a little disorganized, but they eventually get to you. 12. The open areas could use some upgrades and modern fixtures including the elevators. Overall, it is a good in and out hotel for business travelers. It may lack some of the added features if you are a personal or family traveler.
