If I could give a negative number I would. My 9 year old daughter and I had called to make an appointment. They asked what time did we want to come in. I said 6pm. I work in Solon and live in Burton (22 miles away). They told me no appointment was needed and to just come in. After work I ran home, grabbed my daughter and drove back to arrive at 6pm on the dot. This was 44 miles out of my way to be told that they where not taking anymore appts. for that evening. They had no one waiting in the lobby, some nail techs working with people and 4 employees standing around talking in the back. I explained what I had been told hen I called that morning and she shrugged and said sorry. I explained what I had been told and all I got was "that wasn't me". Didn't offer me the manager, nothing. I wasted an hour and half of my life for nothing when I know they could have fit us in.I was packing to go vacation the next day and I fitting this in as a special treat for my daughter. This was time completely wasted. They closed late that night. I'm a Sales and Customers Service manager for my company and I would never allow a customer or new customer to be treated this way. I was livid. My daughter was going to have her first mani-pedi with her mom. Very excited and this happens. Never again!
