  • What took my breath away my first visit here was that the customer service was awesome. My friends and I went here for Easter and they gave us a free bunny eared taiyaki because it looked crooked, and they made us a new one; to me it looked perfect, but I thought that was very nice of them! Another time we went here, they gave me a free cup of vanilla custard because I ran out of custard when I got to the bottom of my taiyaki. Before going here I have never tried or even heard of taiyaki before and I am glad my first time was here at Recess. Their green tea taiyaki and vanilla/green tea swirl with fruity pebbles is my favorite. The taiyaki is filled with Nutella, which is a plus! The custard is so smooth, it's one of the best ice creams I've had in Las Vegas. Honestly ever since they've opened, I have been going here almost every week/every other week. It's been awhile since I've found a great go-to dessert place open up in the Southwest side of Las Vegas and this is definitely my new favorite and the one I will be going to often!
