  • There's a darn good reason everyone that deals with this company rates them a 5 star (or better, if Yelp allowed it!). It takes just one call and conversation with Tracy or David to put you at ease to their competence and genuine caring for the customer. That's just the start. Their follow through and follow up are as much as one wants in dealing with any business or service. I first used them to treat for termites in December and they were very thorough and even though they were just slightly higher than my lowest bid I didn't hesitate in using them because of how Tracy handled all my questions and concerns. They were 1st rate all around! Recently, I was selling my home and set to close in 1 week. The Inspection Report came back as evidence of termite activity (no duh, it was just treated 5 mos ago). I called Tracy and explained the situation and just a little while later David called and told me he would have somebody out the next day to retreat areas (I told him it was not necessary since I had not seen any recent activity since their initial treatment). Josh (very able) was out the very next day right on time and re-treated a couple of areas. Within the hour of him returning to the office David filled out the paperwork I needed to send to the lender so my house was able to close on time. They are the best!!!
