  • If you prefer your ice cream cold, soft and swirly as opposed to plain and scooped, stop by Flavours of Unionville the next time you hit up Main Street. (They have regular ice cream too, but as the staff recommend, everything tastes better froyo.) As compared to its popular competitor next down the street, this dessert joint serves up frozen yogurt and gelato through a window. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Choose from a wide selection of flavours displayed on the hanging menu boards - I had strawberry shortcake during my last visit, and plan on returning to try a pistachio flavoured-treat next time. The prices are similar to the the Firehall but this place is way better. THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE.
