  • This review may be a bit premature, but I literally just got off the phone with Tracy and she is sending a tech to my house within an hour. For it being Sunday even and Father's Day - I'm super impressed! The quoted diagnostic fee is very reasonable...I have high hopes but so far so good! **UPDATE: Repairman showed in less than an hour and now my house is cool again. The tech has been so very nice and knows his stuff! I would whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone in a pinch. They are awesome!
