Worst customer service experience EVER! After spending $300 and waiting 3 hours for a 2 hour window tint the Danny' employee actually had the nerve to mouth off when asked when the car would be ready, then she refused to give her name when asked, saying she "wasn't authorized" to do so. She said they called to tell us when the job was done but they didn't even leave a message when they called, as if seeing a missed call from an unidentified number was enough to inform me the car was ready. The manager was more helpful but had to CALL the manger on the business phone number since the employee would not get him for me. I should have trusted the awful Yelp rating and gone somewhere else.
