  • Happy they offer late appts during the week. Last pt scheduled at 8PM for an MRI! My Husband and I both had appointments and was told to arrive at 7PM for my 7:30PM appt. we got there at 6:53PM. Place was empty. As in no one in the lobby and no one at the front desk. Some lights were also dimmed. Finally, a Hawaiian lady runs to the front desk SOB and all. Asked if we had an appt. She seemed very annoyed when we both responded yes. I said I have a 7:30 appt and my Husband has an 8. As I was signing our names, she said oh Sir your appt isn't until later. Um ok...I just said that anyhow, I was like um can he just check in now since he's already here? Again, annoyed she said yes. She took forever to get us checked - in. Paperwork was really 3 pages with 2/3 just being signatures so it took us 5 mins to do. She wasn't pleasant to deal with and she is the reason for the 3 Anyhow, my MRI tech (i dont know her name, sorry) was amazing! I was nervous about it bc I didn't know what to expect and she made sure I was comfortable. She ensured I was doing ok throughout the testing. She kept me updated on to what was going to happen next and whatnot. She was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with my million questions. I highly recommend the tech just not the front desk lady
