  • Terrible service!!!!! Dropped my car off for an oil change around noon. The guy at the front desk told me that it would be done in a couple of hours but that they close at 5. I got a call from them at 4:57 and a voicemail saying that my car is done. In case you weren't keeping track that is 3 minutes before they close!!! I tried calling the office ten times as I rushed down to the shop no answer, when I get there obviously after 5 they tell me sorry you can't get you car until Monday. They have it locked in the garage. The man took absolutely ZERO responsibility for the fact that they gave my no notice to pick up my car after they had finished. They don't open till 8 on Monday, so not only will I not have my car all weekend, I will also have to miss the first part of the work day on Monday! I will DEFINITELY never come back to here!!
