  • Let me start by asking, how hard is it to find a honest auto shop in Las Vegas? You always hear the horror stories of folks getting ripped off, paying more for what they've asked for, or simple poor quality work. If you're looking for a solid brake shop, this is the place. Jody is very, very knowledgeable and will answer all of questions on brakes, suspension and alignment issues. Jeff is the only technician in the shop, which is why they only take appointments. I had trouble with my brakes and decided to schedule an appointment. I dropped off my vehicle around 9am and received a call from Jody a few hours later. She said my brakes were still good, there was about 20% left on the pads and recommended no work to be done. They weren't going to charge anything because no work or labor was actually done....WOW, most places would've charge a fee just to look at it. They could've easily said, I needed "this and that....blah blah blah", but they were upfront and honest. Even though my brake pads and rotors seemed ok, I was experiencing shaking at high speed braking, which is due to warped rotors. So, they ended up changing my brake pads and resurfacing the front rotors. The stopping power on my vehicle is great and no more sqealing from the rear brakes, which was existing problem. The service and quality is very good. Give them a call, they will not b.s. you! Also, if you ever need an alignment, they do everything manually. It's rare to find someone that can align a vehicle the old fashion way; which yield way better results than a machine
