  • Do NOT use this place!!!! I paid for them to supply the wedding ceremony decoration, bouquets, boutonnières, and sweet heart table decor. Anna (the owner) seemed like she had a great vision and would make everything wonderful. On my wedding day they did not show up!! After numerous phone calls and voice mails my bride went to their business herself. There was a handwritten sign on the door stating "closed today will reopen tomorrow at 9." At the last minute my mother had to find alternatives! The next day when my mother arrived Anna had the order on her bulletin board and had no excuse why she did not come!! She asked my mother to come back for a refund. In that time my mother reported them to the better business bureau where they LIED!! They said they were open on my wedding day, we were scheduled for pick up and not delivery, and they had gave us a refund!! All LIES!! We will be taking this business to either mediation or small claims court. Can't say enough DO NOT USE PRESTIGE!!!!!!
