  • So disappointed. Had a road trip coming up and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived 10 minutes early. The man in line in front of me needed to get a tire changed with no appointment and was told that they would "push something back" to fit him in. Apparently I was the "something" because I was told that they were short staffed and my oil change would take 3 hours. No phone call to warn me that it would take this long, no apology, nothing. Went somewhere else. I totally get that sometimes things happen that cannot be avoided causing schedules to change, but the true test of a company's worth is how they handle those situations. Unfortunately, Firestone fell short.
