Dr Martin deserves 5 stars!!! After YEARS of no answers and drs pushing pills in my face he is the first to actually listen and do something!! We call him Dr. House in my family now. His bedside manner is amazing and i will follow him to wherever he goes to practice.
Now for the actual facility.... the billing teenagers have no idea how to do their job, they have billed the wrong company id for my insurance for 4 months now (each time my insurance calls them and makes them fix it), they have had a imaging auth for 3 months that is approved but someone put 1 little note in my record because they didn't do the original paperwork right and they wont remove it and keep telling me the auth i call and get from my insurance weekly is invalid. The front desk staff barely know how to use the phone system, are rude, and cant make appointments right OR do confirmation calls. I have been the only person and waited over 2 hours after my appointments only to find out the Dr had left for the day and no one told me. I just noticed that they also have a policy NOT GUARANTEEING you will see YOUR DR on your appointment, that you will see the "next one in line".... this is absurd. For people with a long medical history and still in the process of being diagnosed we do not want to see a different DR every time.... we want to see the Dr who is the reason we put up with the crap office staff!!!!
