  • They have swans in the lobby. Come on. That's just cool. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bartender was awesome - he served the entire cocktail hour by himself with ease. The pool, hot tub, pool deck and chairs were clean and well maintained. For a Las Vegas pool, it's actually pretty nice with a waterfall, palm trees and great vantage point for the sun - nothing too tall to block the rays for a tan. Shuttle was convenient for dropping off at the airport and the strip, but they don't pick up from the airport. My only complaint was the toilet had a suspect red mark by the flusher. Instead of investigating, I immediately called the front desk for help. They sent someone up to clean the toilet and even did a follow up call to make sure it was done (very nice touch). But toilets in hotel rooms should be thoroughly cleaned inside and out every time and this toilet clearly wasn't.
