The experience here was beyond dreadful! I enjoy the Ritz Carlton club level lounges frequently and my absolute favorite is the one at the Tysons Corner McLean Virginia location! I request the team at the Phoenix club level (i.e. John Beeson & Joyce) to receive training from the wonderful and true concierges at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Coner McLean VA location (i.e. Shima, Karla, Wanda, Wassim, Janet C., Kylie F. and others). There should be at least red and white wine out for serving yourself as you desire during the entire day after breakfast is served. When they clear the mid-day snack/lunch presentation they close up the room where the wine is and also then the computers/business station is also unavailable; awful! Same goes for clearing the breakfast presentation and all presentations; they close the french doors and thus the wine is unavailable and at least the business center. Usually then you can't find a concierge anywhere to assist you; you're on your own! What?!?! Joyce is rude and snobbish towards guest; uh, who is the guest and who is the staff member? (Mr.) John Beeson was rude to me several times after accepting a cash tip$! He, Mr. Beeson, also told me not to tell the manager that the club was empty as he'd make them shampoo the carpets or order a like task to be executed. Sorry to bother you, John! Anyway this is the worst club I have ever been to and while I may return someday I'll handle their mistakes expeditiously with management.
