  • I read reviews before going, I had a personal reccomendation from a close trusted friend, I saw people on Facebook groups say she's amazing... I knew she was crass, straight forward, and "blunt" and that's why she was so strongly recommended. I enjoy a cuss word or 40 like the best of them. I would imagine she's great on good days or for simple routine exams. I went in for an emergency issue type of appointment. I waited 2-3 weeks. Then on appointment day another 1.5 hours to see her. I have never been more disappointed, frustrated, and fearful of the competency of the care I received. I got a bad day, I assume. I won't go into extreme personal details, but yes please, next time listen to the patient. Don't lie to ensure you get multiple visits. Don't shoot down each symptom as "probably nothing" and say uninformed opinions while swearing before you have performed any tests or completed any exam. I stopped sharing information when it was clear you were not listening. I repeated facts over again when I was asked items written in my paperwork, that I had told to your staff, then to your face... then 3 mins later you ask me "what form of birth control am I on". I literally just had told you, while you were looking at my file. I understand you didn't eat lunch yet - I hadn't eaten breakfast yet. No I didn't know what's wrong with me. I know for a fact it wasn't a good idea to have me come back in 6 weeks to have the one test that could rule out cervical cancer. You do paps there, right, I wish you would have at least done it when I urged both staff and yourself to do it. I had money and insurance to cover it. I would have paid cash. I don't care about insurance. I care about my health. You would have gotten paid. There was enough time. The insurance company already told me that you were mistaken in telling me it had to be two separate appointments. No I didn't feel right about going back 6 weeks later if the experience would have been anything close to the same. Yes the pain I felt when you pushed on my tummy was extreme. That's why I mentioned it. I don't react enough to cause you alarm because I deal with pain different than other people do. I have a neuro muscular disorder that causes chronic pain. I deal with pain pretty well. I never go to doctors because of this type of rushed negligent treatment. Please do the tests patients are begging you to do. Cervical cancer is a big deal I've heard? There is something wrong with not taking your patients seriously. I came home and I cried in anger and frustration in front of my staff. I'm not a cry baby. I told another friend, she lit up and asked if it was the same place. Just so hapoens that she too had a very similar experience with Dr. Keller a few years ago. She never went back either.
