rev:text	Is there a way to give negative stars? The name "Law Firm Express" should have tipped me off that this was a crappy dog and pony show. Then when he wasn't there for my first consultation, that should have been my second clue. My third visit, he managed to be there for (late) and he talked a good game and said my chances were excellent. Communication was excellent and he seemed knowledgeable answering my questions. If not by phone, then via email. I decided to give him a chance and paid for his services. Then, I never heard from them the same way again. I would sometimes get an email back from an assistant after sending several emails to their office. I even went through the trouble of having a legal group type out my whole argument in that legal jargon so all he had to do was tweak it and submit it. My court date arrived and I called over to his office, as I did the day before and the day before that to make sure we were going to meet a half hour before the hearing to go over the speaking points. They told me he'll be there in time for the hearing. After 45 minutes and several angry phone calls, some kid new-hire who I never met shows up with my files asking me questions as we walked into court. I was outraged and had to plead the case myself to no avail. DAVID MANN should be avoided at all costs. He is a snake and a rat.
