  • I've tried this place every two weeks for 3 months and was satisfied...I wouldn't say they were good or bad, just ok and reasonably priced--and very convenient as I live close by. BUT my last gel manicure by Thi caused ingrown fingernails. She cut the sides of the nail with the cuticle trimmer, and didn't stop even when I asked her to after expressing clearly that she was hurting me. Seriously! They still hurt!!!!! My fingers are bleeding 4 days later and I am having to soak my nails and apply antibiotic ointment to them. Unfortunately my other experiences here are not enough to make me come back. Of the 8 mani/pedi's I've had here, I think I would say only 2 were above average, and the rest I left feeling disappointed. I guess I kept trying because they were so close, I also agree with other reviewers...they are kind of rude, the owner, Cindy, talks on the phone while she is doing your mani, and just gets up and walks away. And try making an appointment...they don't even take your name and don't honor your appointment time. I won't be going back...I hope they read the reviews and try to fix these issues...
