  • Scheduled an appointment. They gave me a range from 3 to 6 PM. At 6:15 the technician is still not here. Called to concel and he shows up ten minutes later. After moving all the furniture (they won't move it), I ended up moving it all back. If a company gives a range of times you should expect them to be there within that timeframe. Or, at least call to either let you know they are running late or let you re-schedule. They may do a great job, from what I hear from others, but customer care should be their top priority. Sorry, will never use this company.
